Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you full command over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one e-mail box account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your email boxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you want to redirect e-mails from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest.
